The original scoop - how this blog started
This is the last leg of our 10 month journey to adopt our son from Russia.
We visited Nick last October, and have been patiently (well, sometimes not so patiently) waiting to go back for our adoption court hearing and to bring him home.
On December 12th, we finally got the call, and have been counting the weeks, days, hours, and finally minutes to board our flights that will eventually lead us to Novokuznetsk, Russia. Check the posts below for the latest updates, and the widget to the right for Novokuznetsk's weather. It sure makes Indy feel like the tropics!

So jealous! We never get snow. It looks like you all are enjoying winter. Love the sled.
Wow, looks like you, guys, got tons of fresh, white snow. We, on the other hand, don't get much snow here in southern West Virginia. Only flurries, but nothing sticks.
It looks like he is having a blast. We just came back from TN in hopes to see snow, but only saw it at the ski resort. Love those rosy cheeks.
